Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated
Inside Sales Representative
to join our team. We are looking for 1 part time (hours negotiable) and 1 full time employee. In this role, you will handle follow-up calls to both hot and cold leads, perform some data entry, and assist with light office work, including filing. Team members will work closely with the full time sales team. If you enjoy connecting with clients and contributing to a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you!
$20/hour + Commissions and Bonuses based on performance
Key Responsibilities
Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients, including warm and cold leads, to generate interest and close opportunities.
Accurately enter and maintain data in the company's CRM or database systems.
Assist with light office tasks, such as filing and organizing documents.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet goals and enhance client engagement.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
Education in business, sales, or a related field.
MUST HAVE COLD CALLING/SALES CALL EXPERIENCE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
