Job Description

Position Summary


The Admin & Inside Sales Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Product Solutions Supervisor and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for entering and assigning quote requests, performing Excel reporting, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with Customers and internal departments to facilitate accurate and timely quote processing.

Key Responsibilities



Enter, assign, and track all incoming quote requests to support sales growth and customer satisfaction. Gain a strong understanding of BRC's product lines to accurately manage and route quote requests. Communicate with Customers to gather project specifications and requirements. Assist in developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures. Create, maintain, and enhance Excel worksheets and reports for internal use. Complete administrative tasks as assigned by the manager. Review quotations, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy before sign-off. Support general administrative functions as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications



Minimum 4 years of experience in design, inside sales, or related functions within commercial furniture manufacturing or similar industries. Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Solid understanding of space planning tools such as AutoCAD, Project Spec, Visual Impressions, or similar programs. Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively. Quick learner with the ability to clearly communicate new concepts.

Working Conditions



Some travel may be required. Must be able to attend and conduct presentations. Requires manual dexterity to operate a computer and related equipment. Overtime may be required during peak periods.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
