Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills and a passion for the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by ensuring that guests receive prompt, attentive service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests. Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas in accordance with food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards. Manage time effectively to ensure all guests are attended to promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
