Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Cycle Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with established policies. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Perform payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees. Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial statements. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist with year-end closing processes. Generate financial reports for management review, highlighting key metrics and insights. Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation. Assist in the day to day operations of the office, including but not limited to simple administrative duties such as purchasing, filing, applying for grants. Other duties as assigned.

Skills

Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, including account reconciliation and payroll processing. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Great problem solving skills. Ability to analyze accounts effectively and provide insights on financial performance. Experience with accounts receivable management and bank reconciliation processes. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and management effectively. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
