We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Full Cycle Bookkeeper
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building and maintaining robust financial systems. You will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of accounting operations and supporting strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting System Setup
Establish and configure accounting systems for new or existing entities
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Manage customer invoicing, collections, and aging reports
Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels, costs, and valuation
Coordinate with operations for accurate reporting and forecasting
Job Costing & Budgeting
Allocate costs to specific projects/jobs and monitor profitability
Develop and maintain departmental and project budgets
Financial Forecasting & Analysis
Assist in annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
Analyze financial data to support strategic planning
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Support tax filings and liaise with external accountants/auditors
Business Advisory
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
Collaborate with leadership on operational and investment decisions
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Experience with inventory systems and job costing tools
Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
