We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel front desk. This leadership role is vital in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth check-in and check-out processes, and efficient management of guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures and guest satisfaction
Oversee guest relations, addressing inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy
Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous phone etiquette
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly
Assist with night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and record keeping
Train and mentor front desk team members on hotel policies, customer service standards, and operational procedures
Monitor daily operations to maintain high standards of hospitality and guest services
Support the implementation of hotel policies and procedures to enhance guest experiences
Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures
Ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone etiquette and professional appearance
Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments is preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights if required
