Guest Services Associate/Night Shift:
Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Guest Services Associate for Night Shift. If you are friendly, motivated with good customer's skills, we would like to hear from you.
Front Guest Services Associate will be required to provide guests with exceptional customer's services in person and over the phone. You will assist guests with warm welcome and by providing information about the hotel, hotel amenities, local area information, answering any inquiries, handling guest requests and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
Handle Front Desk day to day operations according to the guideline of Marriott.
Brand standards and operations procedures will be followed.
Make room reservation. Greet the guest in professional way.
Check in and check out the guest. Handle cash, credit card & debit card.
Handle guest request. Solve guest problem.
Assist guest with local area information. Clean reception area.
Run audit reports on the system.
Ensure that all transactions and payments are posted and entered accurate
Prepare daily housekeeping reports. Room block with special requests.
Check all credit cards. Email guests for declined credit cards
Verify accuracy of transactions and completing daily revenue audits.
Oversees and participates in prompt and courteous handling of all guests as necessary including, but not limited to check-in, check-out, telephone and personal inquiries.
Qualification and Skill:
01 year customer services experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with numbers.
Comfortable using computer i.e. Microsoft office
Motivated and hard working with exceptional guest service skills.
Available to work different shift
Available to work night shift (11 pm - 7:00 am)
Able to work on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
Fast paced environment, must be able to work under pressure
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Own reliable transportation.
High School Graduate.
Status: Must be resident of Canada - living in Canada and eligibility to work in Canada.

Pay: $19.00-$19.50 per hour
