Front Office Manager

to lead our front desk team and ensure smooth daily operations.

About the Role

As the Front Office Manager, you will oversee the front desk department, ensuring excellent guest service and efficient operations. You'll lead by example, support your team, and collaborate with other departments to maintain our high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and training for the front office team. Lead, coach, and motivate team members to maintain service excellence. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Supervise reservations, group bookings, corporate accounts, and accounts receivable. Ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and proper account follow-up. Oversee cash handling, billing, and night audit procedures. Support sales efforts by maintaining strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, and local partners. Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless communication and operations.

Qualifications

Previous hotel front desk or supervisory experience required (2+ years preferred). Strong leadership, staffing, and organizational skills. Experience managing corporate accounts and accounts receivable is an asset. Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (ChoiceADVANTAGE experience preferred). Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment. A positive, professional attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
