Job Description

The Staybridge Suites Calgary Airport is looking for a Front Office Manager to join their team.

The Front Office Manager directly recruits, trains and supervises all front office, breakfast and social. She/he ensures proper completion of all duties of her/his team. Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and food and beverage areas. Prepare monthly reports and budget for front office department. Will include breakfast and social organization and supervision. And any other duties as necessary.

Requirements:

IHG Experience required for this position.

At least 2 years experience as Front Office Supervisor

Extended Stay experience is a plus

Available to work morning, evening and week-end

A second language an asset

Wage and benefits negotiable based upon experience

Job Type: Full-time
