As Front Office Manager, you'll lead the front desk team to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations. Working closely with the General Manager and department heads, you'll help drive budget and sales goals while ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience during their stay.



Key Responsibilities:



Motivate, train, and lead the front desk team--delivering consistently excellent guest service Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resources to meet revenue goals Oversee room inventory and availability for hotel bookings Prepare schedules, reports, and admin tasks accurately and on time Support recruitment and onboarding in partnership with HR Maintain high service standards for both guests and internal teams Monitor and verify financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Work closely with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences Ensure guest areas--indoors and outdoors--are clean, safe, and well-maintained Follow all health and safety policies and report hazards or injuries immediately Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace--leading by example Take on additional duties as needed to support guest and business needs

Skills and Experience:



At least 12 months of supervisory experience within our front desk teams or a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with solid numerical ability Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload in a fast-paced environment Experience coaching, mentoring, and motivating colleagues--ideally within BCP Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with our company culture and a strong commitment to exceptional guest service
