AzSURE Health & Rehab is a multi speciality Rehab clinic in the heart of Georgetown, Halton Hills
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, experience with office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in rehab clinic or dental offices is a plus including EHC billing MVA/WSIB cases, but not required. This position offers an opportunity to be the welcoming face of our organization while contributing to its overall efficiency and success.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy at the front desk
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff or practitioners
Assisting Director for administrative work
Handle filing, record keeping, and document management with attention to detail
Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic financial record keeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files
Provide excellent customer service support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and filing processes
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for handling front desk operations and customer support
Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently
Clerical experience in an office setting, especially in medical or Rehab offices, is highly desirable
Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed; proofreading abilities are a plus
Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure
Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is beneficial but not mandatory .
Driving license
This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding administrative support within a professional environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
