Job Description

Join our front office team! We are seeking a well-rounded individual to assist in a multitude of areas in our front office including: accounts receivable, accounts payable, reception/sales, as well as some inventory management. Our front office operates as a team, and as such, the successful applicant would be required to assist in all areas of the front office.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable & Payable:

Assist with the efficient processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Accurately process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner. Maintain and update financial records, ensuring proper filing and documentation.
Administrative Support:

Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Support additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.
Communication & Client Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding payment inquiries and financial matters. Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Inventory Management:

Ensure the accurate and timely updating of inventory records and reports.
Data Management:

Input and maintain financial data in Sage 50 accounting software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage and organize documents on SharePoint, ensuring smooth document storage and sharing.
Confidentiality:

Safeguard the confidentiality and security of all financial information and company records at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience (2-3 years) in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Must have experience with Sage 50 accounting software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.19-$27.45 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
