Role:

Reporting directly to the Administrative Service Manager, this role will support the team by ensuring all visitors are greeted, coordinating courier packages, assisting with office supply orders, supporting the executive team with ad hoc requests as directed by the Administrative Service Manager. This position will assist with social engagement activities for employees and supporting these initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Administrative Service Manager.
  • Greet and assist customers appropriately and professionally.
  • Coordinate and maintain inventory of supplies for office, kitchen, and cleaning.
  • General maintenance and upkeep of boardroom and meeting rooms, kitchen, and supply cupboards.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of equipment including but not limited to photocopiers, replacing toner, fire extinguishers and mats.
  • Coordinate courier packages and arrange couriers.
  • Sorting and distribution of mail in house for the Head office and to other facilities.
  • Prepare various documentation as required.
  • Coordination of services i.e., SWR, Shred It, Arodal, Everest snow/ice removal.
  • Maintain automated phone system to ensure internal and external client\xe2\x80\x99s inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Exhibit the Sunrise values.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an Office Coordinator or similar position.
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable.
  • Proficiency in software: MS Office.
