• Warmly greet and check-in cosmetic clients & patients with the ability to maintain excellent patient rapport and patient confidentiality
• Present a cheerful, friendly and professional image to patients and fellow employees
• Ability to take initiative and anticipate the needs of clients and the business
• Strong ability to answer phones punctually and schedule appointments with exceptional phone and conversation etiquette
• Process payment
• Reply to incoming emails & inquiries for cosmetic non-surgical and surgical procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, consistent initiative and positive team attitude
• Proficient computer skills especially with Aesthetic Electronic Medical Records (EMR), highly skilled in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new programs and equipment
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision
• Manage appointment confirmations
• Room Patients
• Look out for any potential scheduling issues and patient issues
• Ensure proper consent and paperwork filled out for every appointment
• Assist with patient financing
• Prepare online & phone orders
• Keep front office and reception area clean and tidy
• Responsible for opening and closing front office
• no task too big or too small mentality
• Punctual and reliable
• Previous front desk coordinating experience for medspa/medical office preferred
• Must be willing/available to work occasional cosmetic events on an evening or Saturday every 3 to 4 months
• Must be available to alternate some day shifts for evening clinic availability

Job Type: permanent full-time. Health & Dental benefits Renumeration: based on experience. Education:

• Diploma or Certificate
• Medical Office Assistant preferred

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years minimum preferred
• Medical terminology: 2 years minimum preferred
• Computer & phone skills: 5 years preferred
