Guest Experience Associate
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on human connection, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering world-class hospitality. You will be the face of CEM Resorts -- ensuring every guest feels valued, comfortable, and delighted from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
Assist with check-in, check-out, and room assignments efficiently.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly -- in person, by phone, or email.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and a problem-solving mindset.
Promote resort amenities, special offers, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain accurate records and process payments or reservations as required.
Uphold resort policies and standards to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, professional, and polished demeanor.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with hotel or reservation software is an asset.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
