Consistently delivering a courteous and inspiring customer experience Engaging and educating customers on our brand and products Fostering a positive environment for both guests and staff within the space Following strict allergen protocols for serving, cleaning and prepping. Properly serving ice-cream scoops Properly making waffle cones Properly baking cookies Monitoring inventory levels throughout the day and restocking effectively Maintaining a clean and welcoming retail space Providing additional support where needed, including and not limited to production assistance ( washing dishes, wrapping chocolate bars, folding boxes, labeling jars, cleaning, sweeping ... ) Consuming and providing feedback on ice-cream, cookies and desserts Sharing your imaginative ideas for new flavour creations

Job Requirements

Passion for ice-cream is a MUST Great work ethic, initiative and willingness to learn Positive attitude and upbeat energy Critical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility, reliability 1+ years customer service experience Open availability, including weekends, and evenings Valid Food Handlers Certification, or can secure upon hiring Consumption of foods containing nuts, peanuts, sesame, gluten and dairy
