Job Title: Front of House Team Member Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assist customers in placing orders and provide recommendations on menu items
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Uphold food safety standards and practices at all times
- Utilize basic math skills for order processing and cash handling
- Support food preparation activities as needed
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
