We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit. Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions regarding food and beverage offerings. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash registers. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Support bartending duties as needed, including preparing beverages and serving drinks responsibly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly. Maintain an organized front-of-house environment, including setting up and clearing tables efficiently.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Experience in cashiering or cash handling is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
