Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Assist with food preparation and ensure all food items are prepared according to safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including sanitizing tables and service areas. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our guests.

Experience

Previous experience bartending and serving is required. As well as a current Smart Serve Strong customer service skills with an ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic cashiering skills is advantageous. Ability and experience to open and close Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Independently and solo shift Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality are essential for success in this role.
