Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they enter until they leave. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing various front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments accurately and efficiently. Assist with food service, including taking orders and ensuring timely delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication regarding orders and special requests.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when necessary. A willingness to learn about menu items and food preparation processes to better assist guests.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
