We are looking for a customer service focused Part Time Keyholder to join our Hillside team.





The Keyholder FOH reports to the Store Manager, FOH Assistant Manager, Supervisor FOH





The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:


Customer Experience:



Drive the store sales through personal sales Expand the customer data base and build brand loyalty Represent the values of The Original FARM Cannabis brand with utmost integrity Model a customer service centric culture that fosters a positive work environment and experience Address all customer concerns in a timely and empathetic manner Maintain the store ambiance at the required standards including cleanliness, audio, digital assets as well as Health and Safety regulations Ensure the brand values are consistently represented through compliance to all policies and procedures Ensure that the customer service standards and product knowledge programs are implemented on an on-going basis Promote a work environment based on mutual respect and teamwork that align with the corporate values Build and maintain a positive team work environment


Operational Efficiency

:


Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures Ensure timely and seamless execution of all company initiatives and programs Communicate and identify business trends and product feedback, to drive sales and enhance the customer experience Execute store opening and closing procedures including counting till funds, completing cash reconciliations, opening, and closing registers, securing facility, and database management (ensuring financial accuracy) Accuracy in worked time recording Accuracy and proficiency in cash management and use of POS system On-going desire to learn and update oneself on the product knowledge

Exceptional customer service skills Proven ability to work with retail operating systems Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Strong work ethics Demonstrate critical thinking and logic Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build a loyal client base Excellent time management skills Positive attitude Attention to detail Ability to lead a team as well as work as part of a team
