In addition to providing exceptional customer assistance, you will showcase your skills as a talented barista, crafting a variety of coffee drinks with precision and flair.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Service Excellence:

Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, addressing their needs, answering questions, and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.

Barista Expertise:

Utilize your barista skills to expertly prepare a variety of coffee drinks, from classic espresso shots to specialty lattes and seasonal favourites. Consistently deliver high-quality beverages that meet our standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.

Order Management:

Efficiently manage customer orders, inputting them accurately into the POS system, and ensuring prompt and accurate delivery. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address special requests with professionalism and courtesy.

Menu Knowledge:

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including coffee varieties, specialty drinks, and cakes, to assist customers in making informed choices.

Hygiene and Safety:

Adhere rigorously to all food safety and hygiene protocols, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Cash Handling:

Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments with precision and integrity.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed during busy periods or special events.

Continuous Improvement:

Candidate Requirements:





A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a positive, upbeat attitude that shines through in every interaction. Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a willingness to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues effectively. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work seamlessly as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and efficiency under pressure.
