Front Of House (guest Services) Outdoor Noon Performance
Job Description
Position Title: Front Of House (Outdoor Noon Performance) As part of our Guest Services team, these staff ensure all our patrons\xe2\x80\x99 experiences at Confederation Centre of the Arts are memorable ones. Front of House Staff for outdoor performances will be responsible for all interactions with guests during performances and events at our outdoor amphitheater, including taking tickets, and directing or assisting guests to their seats. Shifts are typically 10:30am \xe2\x80\x93 1:30pm, Monday to Saturday. Candidates interested in applying for a position in Front of House must:
- Have an interest in arts and culture
- Be comfortable dealing and engaging with customers
- Be comfortable working outside (weather permitting)
- Bilingualism is considered an asset for this position.
- Excellent verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and a positive, team-player attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- High level of personal and professional integrity and accountability
- Engaging level of enthusiasm and humour
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Ability to adjust actions and/or plans in relation to external and influencing factors.
Part-time hours: 8-20 per week Salary: From $15.00 per hour Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
