Role Overview

Nord Lyon is a beloved French bakery cafe famous for its fresh-baked goods and warm hospitality. We're hiring a versatile Front of House All-Rounder to handle a mix of beverage preparation, order handling, and guest interactions in our dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities

Brew and serve a variety of coffees, teas, and drinks with attention to quality and speed. Manage customer orders, including in-cafe service and online pickups, while operating the cash register. Ensure the front area stays tidy, stocked, and inviting for all visitors. Offer friendly, efficient service to enhance the guest experience during peak hours. Help with shift wrap-up tasks to set up the team for success the following day.
What We're Looking For

1+ year in a customer-facing role, ideally in a cafe, restaurant, or retail setting. Reliable, upbeat personality with a focus on teamwork and detail. Comfortable multitasking in a bustling atmosphere without compromising standards. Passion for hospitality and creating positive interactions.
