Responsibilities

Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead, motivate, and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Manage guest reservations, walk-ins, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly, aiming for positive resolutions. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards of the front area. Monitor staff schedules, assign duties, and ensure adequate coverage during shifts. Uphold health and safety protocols to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.

Experience

Proven experience in hospitality or customer service management preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and staff effectively. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and tact. Knowledge of reservation systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology is a plus. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing operations.
