Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house staff, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff activities to ensure smooth operations. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to uphold service standards. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction. Oversee the reservation system and manage seating arrangements to optimize guest flow. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and effective communication. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and place orders as necessary. Implement promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Experience

Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Proven ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and reservation software is a plus.
