Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator w/ plow to join our team, responsible for operating heavy machinery to plow snow at various sites in the city of Brampton, ON. The ideal candidate will have experience with front end Loaders, excavators specifically John Deere machines. This role requires a safety-conscious individual who is experienced in operating front end Loaders in the snow, capable of driving from site to site in a pre-determined route in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

Operate Front End Loader w/ plow attachment to safely plow snow at Industrial and Commercial sites in Brampton Use hand tools and power tools for equipment maintenance, repairs, and site preparation. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to ensure proper functioning; perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance. Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on-site. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience

Prior experience operating excavators or similar heavy machinery is required. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and routine maintenance is advantageous. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, construction practices, and general site safety procedures is essential. Previous work in construction or landscaping environments will be considered a plus. Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
