We are seeking a skilled and reliable Front End Loader Operator to join our construction and heavy equipment team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating loaders and other heavy machinery on construction sites, ensuring efficient material handling and site safety. This role requires mechanical knowledge, familiarity with various types of heavy equipment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Operate front-end loaders to move materials such as soil, gravel, and debris across construction sites Safely operate additional heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, tankers, and horizontal drilling machinery as needed Assist with site preparation, grading, paving, and other construction activities Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Assist in loading and unloading materials for various construction tasks

Skills

Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance Proven experience operating loaders, excavators, dozers, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, tankers, and horizontal drilling machinery Commercial driving experience preferred Construction site experience is highly desirable Ability to operate Caterpillar equipment or similar brands effectively Strong understanding of construction safety procedures Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy loads when necessary

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
