Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and support front desk staff
Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance of the front desk team
Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors
Handle inquiries, registrations, and payments both in person and over the phone
Coordinate with instructors and management to ensure class logistics run smoothly
Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
Ensure accurate records, including attendance, billing, and communications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or supervisory role required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer systems (POS, scheduling software, Microsoft Office)
Experience in a swim school or recreational facility is an asset
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
