The recently renovated Four Points by Sheraton - Hamilton Stoney Creek is looking for an energetic and proactive individual to join our dynamic management team.

You will be expected to promote a positive image of the property, acting as an ambassador to the Marriott/Four Points by Sheraton brand when interacting with each and every guest.

Hours:

Shifts will vary depending on operational requirements to include day and night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Position Description:



Assist the Front Office Manager with the daily function of the Front Office. Ensure Marriott standards are being met and the expectations of our guests are exceeded. Focusing on our Guest Satisfaction Scores and using failed opportunities to coach the team. Lead the team by example, with a strong focus on coaching to brand standards. Champion Marriott programs like Mobile Key, Mobile Check In, and Mobile Chat. Champion the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program. Handle guest issues as they arise and follow through on any conflict resolution as needed. Assist the Front Office Manager and Director of Sales with revenue strategies and executions. Assist the Front Office Manager with disciplinary and coaching actions according to union policies, as well as hiring. Front Desk duties to be covered when needed. Maintains high visibility in public areas during peak times. Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:



Diploma or Degree in a Hospitality/Tourism related program. Two years in a management role, preferably Front Office. Proficient in Lightspeed or Opera PMS systems

a must.

Excellent Organizational Skills and attention to detail. Exceptional Guest Service skills. Multi-lingual, an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
