Tone & Flow is Brampton's premium reformer Pilates studio, delivering high-quality classes in a vibrant, welcoming environment. We're growing fast and looking for an

energetic, sales-driven, and content-savvy Front Desk & Studio Operations Assistant

to join our team.

This is

not

just a front desk job -- you'll be the

face of the studio

, the first person our clients see, and a key part of our sales and marketing team.

What You'll Do

Sales & Client Engagement

Greet and check in clients for classes with a smile and positive energy Give engaging tours to prospects and

actively sell

memberships & class packs Follow up with trial clients to convert them into members Track sales and commissions daily

Content & Marketing Support

Take photos and short videos of classes/events for our social media Help plan and coordinate content sessions with instructors Assist in creating fun, authentic moments that reflect our brand's energy

Studio Operations

Open and close the studio (setup, music, lights, lockup) Restock towels, water, and supplies daily Maintain studio cleanliness and organization throughout the day Assist instructors with class setup (props, reformers, etc.) Track merchandise inventory Encourage client Google reviews/testimonials Support events, challenges, and special promotions

Pay & Commission Structure

Base Pay:

$1,750-$2,000/month

Commission:

$35-$50 per membership sold (depending on package) $15 for any class pack over $170 in value

Monthly Sales Bonus:

10 memberships sold = $100 bonus 15 memberships sold = $200 bonus 20 memberships sold = $300 bonus

Outgoing, friendly, and

full of energy

Confident talking to people and closing sales Comfortable on camera and able to capture great content Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment Passionate about fitness, wellness, or Pilates (experience is a plus) Flexible to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
