We're seeking a full-time

Front Desk & Digital Engagement Assistant

who creates exceptional client experiences, supports day-to-day operations, and brings creative energy to our social media and tech-driven environment.

Who We Are



NeuroEdge is part of a 18,000 sq. ft. performance ecosystem combining healthcare, sport, and innovation. Our partners include Peak Centre for Human Performance, Peak Academy, the Ottawa Table Tennis High-Performance Program, a Golf Training Facility, and a Smoothie Bar. Our team of chiropractors, physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and support staff helps athletes and executives recover smarter and perform stronger.

Our brand-new facility opens January 2026, offering you a chance to grow with us from the very start!

Candidate should expect approx 35 hrs per week. Clinic will be open from Mon - Fri, no weekends. Some evening may be required.



What You'll Do



Welcome clients and guests with warmth and professionalism. Lead facility tours and ensure a smooth appointment flow. Manage scheduling, rebookings, and follow-ups. Contribute to an exceptional patient journey by helping clients stay on track with care plans and by promoting meaningful engagement, feedback, and referrals. Create, post & help manage engaging social-media content. Capture photos/videos and respond to messages. Help clients set up and use clinic apps and tools. Support daily clinic operations and assist the Smoothie Bar when needed.

Friendly, polished communicator who puts clients at ease. Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new apps and systems. Creative with social-media and community-building skills. Passionate about health, performance, and innovation. Accountable and results-minded -- motivated to help the team reach goals tied to client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications



Experience in healthcare, wellness, sport, or hospitality preferred. Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Canva/Reels or digital-marketing experience a plus. Comfortable helping others with app/device setup. Experience with Jane App or similar scheduling software an asset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining people skills, creativity, and accountability -- and who takes pride in seeing the direct impact of their work on patient experience and clinic success.
