Your role is pivotal in delivering the personalized, inspiring service that sets Corten apart.

Key Responsibilities

Warm and Professional Welcome: Greet all members and guests with a genuine smile and positive energy. Handle check-ins, guest inquiries, and new member sign-ups efficiently, ensuring each interaction reflects the Corten standard of excellence.

Member Experience Excellence: Anticipate member needs, resolve concerns promptly, and exceed expectations by delivering personalized solutions and creating moments of delight.

Communication and Assistance: Serve as the primary source of information for members, providing details about classes, equipment, amenities, and club events. Respond to inquiries in a clear, concise, and courteous manner.

Administrative Duties: Manage member reservations, check attendance for classes, process payments, and maintain accurate records of member information and billing.

Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with instructors, trainers, and other staff to accommodate member requests, manage schedules, and deliver a seamless experience.

Problem Solving and Complaint Resolution: Address member concerns promptly and professionally within the scope of your abilities. Respectfully handing off issues or concerns to the General Manager when escalation Is necessary. Follow through to ensure resolution, leveraging knowledge of club policies and services.

Adherence to Corten Standards: Uphold our commitment to luxury, health, and wellness by maintaining the club's pristine appearance and delivering consistent, exceptional service.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; training in hospitality or customer service preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, fitness, or luxury service industries.

Skills and Abilities:

o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

o Proficiency in managing member systems and general computer applications.

o Ability to multitask and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

o Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
