Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the business
- Answer phone calls and answer questions
- Provide cost estimates and options for repairs
- Book in repairs, print paperwork, pass off to repair technicians
- Contact customers/collect payments
- Shipping and receiving of repairs/parts
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry
- Ability to remain calm and professional in the face of upset customers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.75 per hour
