Overview
At Good Fellas Collision, we take pride in providing top tier auto body repair services with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and professionalism. We are looking for a friendly, organized, motivated front end receptionist to help keep the day to day running smoothly. We are seeking career orientated individuals. We are looking to fill a full time position, hours 8:00-5:00, Mondays to Fridays. The job entails the following responsibilities but is not limited to:
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and address phone calls/ emails and updating customers. Schedule and confirm appointments for estimates, inspections and repairs. Team player. Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth work flow. Drive / shuttle customers if required
Requirements
Quick at learning new skills Valid drivers license Friendly, positive attitude with a customer first mindset Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines. Desire to learn and advance knowledge and skill set
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday
