As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring a serene and inviting atmosphere for our clients while managing staff, services, and overall spa performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness. Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance customer experience. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services and special offers. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as industry standards.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in spa management software and basic computer applications. Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, and customer service excellence. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
