We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
Utilize Google Suite for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.
Provide customer service support by responding to client requests and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and filing paperwork.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or office administration is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
