As the receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors, managing incoming calls, and assisting with administrative tasks. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, clients, and other interested parties.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
Answer telephone calls, screen calls, and forward messages to appropriate recipients.
Schedule and confirm appointments
Receive payments
Open, sort and route incoming mail.
Greet people and direct them to appropriate team member
Other administrative tasks as required.
