As our Receptionist/Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with a warm smile and assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a small, family-like work environment, can work independently, and thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere.

What You'll Do:

- Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate service provider

- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment through general housekeeping

- Help guests discover our retail products by making personalized recommendations

- Handle opening and closing procedures, including managing float

- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude

- Liaise with service providers and company stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

- Assist with social media content to keep our community engaged

- Conduct site tours with potential members

- A flexible schedule and willingness to cover shifts as needed (including for sick leave)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
