Job Description

Are you an organized, people-focused professional looking for a long-term dental home?
We're a well-established, patient-centered practice in

beautiful Oak Bay

, and we're excited to welcome a

Front Desk Administrator

to our friendly and supportive team.

What We Offer:



Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 7:45 am-5:15 pm (with a 1-hour lunch). Potential for Fridays as our practice continues to grow.

Team Environment:

Work alongside 3 hygienists, 3 doctors, and an amazing support team who truly care about each other.

Technology:

digital charts, scheduling using Power Practice software

What We're Looking For:



A warm, welcoming personality and excellent communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Experience with dental administration an asset, but we're happy to train the right fit.

The FDA is responsible for:



preparing patients for their appointments and preparing the clinical team for the patient's arrival. Schedule coordination Billing patients/insurance companies, Booking treatment and communication liaison are a few of the daily tasks for the FDA.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 34 per week
