We need HELP! We are growing fast and looking for someone that has a huge heart for helping people and wants to be part of a a super hardworking, fun and awesome team!

This is NOT a regular office job! We are looking for people who want to be the best for the people we serve, themselves and the clinic.

We demand a lot, but compensate accordingly - with 4+ year full time team members being paid $50 000 to $70 000+ annually. Will only increase as we grow.

Immediately need someone who:

Is single minded in their focus + eager to prioritize their career for the the next 3-5+years. Hungry/ wants more for themselves and is willing to work exceptionally hard to get it. Resonates with this statement: "Everyday I go go work, I think about how to make the business more money and how can I get some" Is solutions oriented + has a growth mindset Willing to start from bottom and earn a 70-100k salary over the next 5 years Learns quickly and enjoys learning knew things - we will put that to the test quickly - not joking Emotionally intelligent Thrives in a fast paced environment Works and plays hard Loves working in a team environment Is more interested in building people up rather than putting them down Want to contribute their ideas and is solutions oriented Is honest and upfront Exceptional customer service skills Wants to be healthy and be a role model for patients we serve. Super awesome with tons of positive NRG and can take a joke. Must be able to work mornings, evening and weekends and happy to do so. Is available to work 40+ hours a week. Background in kinesiology/ personal training/ physiotherapy is a plus Good at posting on social media a plus Tagalog speaking is a plus

Responsibilities



Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage multi-line phone systems, answering calls promptly and addressing inquiries in English. Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records. Handle filing and administrative tasks efficiently, utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient needs and concerns with professionalism. Support bookkeeping tasks and assist with QuickBooks as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
