About Us:
Cardinal/Ottawa South KOA is a family-oriented campground that prides itself on delivering unforgettable camping experiences. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team during our peak season!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out
Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and professionally
Handle campground reservations using K2 reservation software (training provided)
Process payments and manage the campground store/register
Provide local area information and campground guidance to guests
Assist with camper questions, complaints, or emergencies in a professional manner
Keep the office and guest area clean and organized
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using computers and reservation systems
Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
Previous hospitality or front desk experience is an asset but not required
Must be available weekends and holidays
Bilingual in English and French is a plus
