Position Overview:

As a Frontline team member at Diva Salonspa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients. Oversee customer service activities, ensuring a superior experience for all clients. Drive retail sales through effective merchandising and goal-oriented strategies. Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong emphasis on a service-oriented approach. Retailing experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a commitment to being a team player. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
