This role combines guest-facing front desk duties with property inspections and operational support.
What You'll Do:
Greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs at our front desk
Assist with guest requests and provide local recommendations
Conduct pre-arrival inspections to ensure properties meet quality standards
Report and follow up on housekeeping or maintenance issues
Support special projects to enhance the guest experience and overall operations
What You Bring:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Must have a
valid driver's license
and clean driving record
Comfortable working both at the front desk and in the field
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Experience in hospitality, guest services, or property care is an asset
