Overview: We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. Duties: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently - Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately - Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services - Handle guest requests promptly and courteously - Process reservations and cancellations accurately - Maintain a neat and organized front desk area Qualifications: - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Proficiency in multilingual or bilingual communication is a plus - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude - Knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Joining our team as a Front Desk Agent offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can showcase your hospitality skills.
