Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests, set up lanes, and manage reservations and waitlists.
Operate the POS for games, shoe rentals, food, and beverages.
Answer phones, handle inquiries, and assist with party/bookings check-ins.
Monitor lane flow and communicate with the team to keep things on time.
Keep the lobby/front desk clean, stocked, and welcoming.
Support basic troubleshooting on lanes (training provided) and uphold safety standards.
Qualifications:
Customer service or retail/host experience preferred.
Comfortable with computers/POS and handling cash accurately.
Positive attitude, clear communication, and calm under pressure.
Must be available evenings and weekends.
Must be bondable and willing to provide a criminal record check.
