Position Overview
We are seeking a
friendly, organized, and highly motivated Front Desk Medical Administrator
who will serve as the heart of our clinic. You'll be the first voice patients hear and the first smile they see -- ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to care and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and follow up with new patient leads promptly and professionally
Convert new inquiries into booked appointments through empathetic and confident communication
Manage bookings and appointment schedules across multiple clinic locations
Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and pre-visit instructions
Greet and check in patients warmly, ensuring they feel valued and cared for
Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups efficiently
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Track appointment and lead metrics to support ongoing service improvements
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a front desk, medical receptionist, or patient care coordination role (medical aesthetics or healthcare preferred)
Comfortable and confident on the phone, with excellent verbal communication skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Tech-savvy with experience in scheduling or CRM systems
Positive, professional, and compassionate in all interactions
Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
