We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Manager to oversee the front office operations of our martial arts club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services, managing front desk staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for athletes, parents and guests and maintaining high standards of club spirit.
Duties
Greet members and athletes upon arrival and check them in efficiently and front desk software
Manage ordering, registration, account changes with professionalism and attention to detail
Oversee the daily operations of the coaching team
Handle member inquiries, complaints, and special requests with excellent customer service skills
Maintain accurate records of member information, billing, and payments
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Coordinate with main office and executive director to ensure member satisfaction
Implement policies related to membership, martial arts protocol and programming
Skills
Strong customer service orientation with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for serving diverse guests
