Impulse Port Moody is looking for a skilled, organized, and personable Front Desk Manager to join our vibrant, growing clinic full-time!

This is a key leadership role at the heart of the clinic--perfect for someone with strong front desk and administrative experience who is ready to take on responsibility and help guide the team.

What We're Looking For:



We are specifically seeking someone who:

Has strong experience with Jane Software Is confident with third-party billing (e.g. ICBC, extended benefits) Brings a calm, professional presence to the front desk Can start training ASAP (I'd like to have someone trained during July)

About the Role:



As Front Desk Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, provide hands-on administrative support, and act as a liaison between practitioners, clients, and support staff. Your role is essential in keeping the clinic running efficiently and creating a solid, organized environment for both staff and clients.

Our clinic is located in bright, modern space in Suter Brook Village, just steps from the SkyTrain and with free underground parking. We're a friendly, team-focused group, and we're looking for someone who is committed to excellence and excited to grow with us.

Schedule

:

Full-time hours A mix of morning and evening shifts Monday through Friday Some flexibility available for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner Manage and maintain practitioner schedules using Jane Software Oversee third-party billing, invoicing, and payment tracking Train, support, and coordinate other front desk staff Monitor daily clinic flow and resolve issues proactively Handle administrative tasks (scanning, email, documentation, etc.) Ensure client records are maintained accurately and confidentially Support the administration and therapeutic teams liaise between ownership and the clinical team

Qualifications:



Experience in clinic administration (required). Management experience an asset Advanced use of Jane Software (required) Third-party billing experience (required) Excellent multitasking and communication skills Strong leadership, initiative, and attention to detail Knowledge of Massage therapy, Chiropractic, & Physiotherapy services Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
