We are looking for a Front Desk Agent / Duty Manager to join our front office team. The Hotel Duty Manager is responsible for the daily operations of Best Western Bridgewater and reports to Front desk / General Manager. He or she is responsible for the oversight and management of the hotel in absent of department and general managers. The Hotel Duty Manager will present a professional image while creating a consistently welcoming hotel atmosphere when greeting and registering guests. He or she will provide outstanding customer service and possess an upbeat personality when registering guests, making and modifying reservations, acting as hotel operator, and performing concierge duties. This individual must have excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers. This position typically includes a mix of front desk and duty manager shifts. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
